Closing the Curtain on an Epic 2024 Season: Year in Review
December 4, 2024Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Sand City Fishing! We hope you and your families enjoy the holiday season and time spent together. Despite the colder temperatures, the fish are still biting, and our charters are still sailing. We’ll continue to target the best tides and weather windows to close out the season strong! The squid bite is heating up in the harbor, providing exciting action for anglers willing to brave the chill.
Blackfish (tog) season remains open, but take note of the closing dates: • Dec. 9 for the Long Island Sound Region • Dec. 22 for the NY Bight Region
As always, safety comes first during these colder months, so be sure to dress warmly and stay prepared.
